I have a friend that needs to hear this since he can't seem to "find time" to go to the doctor. He's too busy. Ahem. Maybe his wife will read this post. :)

Great quote! It makes me appreciate again, my great health that God has blessed me with. I hope everyone our age realizes how important it is to stay healthy and eat right, exercise, and stay out of the sun. (Ha! Doubt I can stop doing the last one though!)

I actually discovered this quote in one of my lectures last week . . . sometimes I pay attention in class. I thought it was very interesting. . . it is hard for me to stay out of the sun though :-(
